I have Eczema in the palm of my hand.When it flares up, the skin dries, peels and splits open. I have used vaseline, hand creams, presciption gels and creams. And “nothing” works as well to clear it up. I do not use the cream on a regular basis, just when the skin becomes very dry. Directions say apply at least twice a day; I generally use it once a day at bedtime. The only problem I find with the product is I can’t find where to buy it. I bought it one time and do not remember where. Does anyone know where I may buy this locally?
